Where We Ship
Morolia is preparing its shipping services. Available delivery destinations will be confirmed before orders are accepted. Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions.
Order Processing
Each piece deserves careful attention. Preparation times may vary depending on product availability, finishing requirements, and whether an item is made to order.
Your applicable processing estimate will be communicated before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping options, charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed or confirmed before payment. We do not currently advertise a universal free-shipping threshold.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect delivery.
Tracking & Secure Delivery
When tracking is available, shipment information will be shared after dispatch. Signature requirements and insurance coverage depend on the selected shipping service and will be disclosed before purchase.
International Orders
International availability, import duties, brokerage charges, and responsibility for those charges must be confirmed before an international order is accepted.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears missing or arrives damaged, contact Morolia promptly with your order details. Keep the original packaging and provide photographs where relevant.
We will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
